“No. Being an MP or MCA is not an academic or even professional position that should require academic and professional qualifications. These are just people who go to the Assembly to represent others, and all that should require is general intelligence and ability to communicate with those they represent. The whole question of requiring these people to have degrees is discriminatory to the highest order, especially in a society where so few people have had access to University education. “No , The degree don't add anything to them if someone is a leader or a perform he will do the best without this qualifications,even previous leaders they performed without them, Dominic-Taita Taveta county ”
