"content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 50 of the Bill be amended by deleting subclause (1) and substituting therefor the following new subclause— (1) A grower or a broker appointed by a grower shall, in the presence of a commercial miller and in consultation with an exchange, prepare a sales catalogue for all the coffee in a licenced warehouse in accordance with the Act."
