"content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 59 and substituting therefor the following new clause— (1) The Cabinet Secretary shall, in consultation Coffee development with the Board and county governments and by notice in levy the Gazette, impose a levy of two percent on the export import value remitted by coffee buyers to the Board through the direct settlement system for the development of the coffee industry."
