I beg to Move: THAT Clause 6 of the Bill be amended in– (a) subclause (1) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (e) – (ea) one person of the gender that is least represented in the composition of the Board who has knowledge and experience in matters relating to the sugar industry appointed by the Cabinet Secretary: and, (eb) one person representing persons living with the disabilities or youth appointed by the council of county governors; (b) subclause (2) by deleting the expression “and (e)” and substituting, therefore, the expression “(e), (ea) and (eb)”."
