That was a mistake in the Communication. Once they get to Hon. Speaker, I will then instruct the Clerk to include them in the afternoon Order Paper. I will limit that Motion to Leader of the Majority Party moving it and Leader of the Minority Party seconding, so that we can save time and move to other businesses that are pending.
