"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for saving me from Hon. Wamuchomba. This unfortunate incident has left a big gap in the lives of the grieving families. They are also facing difficulties, especially when it comes to meeting their basic needs. Their well- being and safety are at stake as they face extreme weather conditions. Therefore, they are vulnerable and susceptible to diseases, more so, waterborne diseases and other illnesses.
