Chairlady, I beg to move: That, Clause 5 of the Bill be amended by inserting the words “including making specific provisions to ease the application process for persons with disabilities” immediately after the word “license” appearing in paragraph (a). The justification for that is that the proposed amendment to this Clause is intended to ensure ease and simple license application process for persons living with disability."
