"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. I stand to support the amendment. The Principal Bill wants to define the words “Committee” and “National Security Advisor”. In that context, this was a violation of Article 240 of our Constitution. For that reason, if it is declined by the Committee of the whole House, it will fall substantively."
