T.J. attempted to take that route of discussing the conduct of a Chair of the Committee of the Whole House, who was sitting in on behalf of the Hon. Speaker. In the Committee of the Whole House, Hon. Millie Odhiambo attempted to not only discuss the conduct, but also throw epithets at the person who was chairing the Committee of the Whole. I want to agree with Hon. Millie that the likes of Hon.
