"content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I did that out of goodwill. I wish to thank every Member who has contributed to this Bill. We must pass this legislation due to the many pending court matters. We have a mention next week, and one of the things we told the court is that we have a Bill in the National Assembly that seeks to deal with the bicameral relations between the National Assembly and the Senate. If we do not pass it, we will not prove to the court that we have taken significant action. Our assertion to the court will amount to hot air. With those remarks, I beg to reply."
