The Chairman being unavailable, I request your indulgence that Order No.15 be deferred. Equally, the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock is in the House, but as you can see, he is packing to join our colleague. Therefore, I seek your indulgence that we defer Orders 16 and Order 17 which are by the Chairman of the Decentralised Funds Accounts Committee."
