"content": "Further, that incidence raises serious concerns regarding the protection of fundamental rights of individuals pursuant to Article 29 of the Constitution. It is against this background that I seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Administration and Internal Security on the following: 1. Could the Chairperson provide a report on the whereabouts of Mr John Kopesha Abdirobva and the status of investigation by the police on his disappearance under OB. No.06/12/2/2024. 2. What measures has the Government taken to ensure that the said person is expeditiously traced and reunited with his family."
