"content": " I beg to move: THAT, Clause 24 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (4) by— (i) deleting the phrase “one hundred thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months” appearing in paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the phrase “one million shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years”; and, (ii) deleting the words “two hundred thousand” appearing in paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the words “two million”."
