Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 26 of the Bill be amended by— (a) deleting the word “medicine” appearing in the marginal note and substituting therefor the words “health product or technology”; and, (b) deleting the word “medicine” and substituting therefor the words “health product or technology”. This amendment seeks to harmonise the terms used in the Bill with the title of the Bill, as proposed for amendment."
