"content": "THAT, Clause 29 of the Bill be amended— (b) by deleting sub-clause (1) and substituting therefore the following new sub- clause (1)– (1) Every application for registration of a health product or technology shall be submitted to the Registrar in the prescribed form and shall be accompanied by the prescribed particulars and samples of the relevant health product or technology and by the prescribed registration fee."
