Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 29 of the Bill be amended— (e) in sub-clause (4) by⎯ (i) deleting the word “medicine” appearing in the opening sentence and substituting therefor the words “health product or technology”; (ii) deleting paragraph (b) and inserting the following new paragraph⎯ (b) that the applicant may, within a period of three months after the date of the notification, furnish the Registrar with the comments on the Authority’s reasons for not being so satisfied."
