"content": "THAT, Clause 29 of the Bill be amended— (j) by inserting the following new sub-clauses immediately after sub-clause 12 — “(12A) The Authority may reject any application if the applicant fails to meet the standards as required by this Act or any other written law. (12B) A person dissatisfied with the decision of the Registrar may appeal to the Board within sixty days. (12C) Where a person is dissatisfied with the decision of the Board, the applicant may appeal to the High Court within thirty days from the date of the decision being communicated to him or her.”"
