"content": " I do not see any harm. The whole of Clause 12 is dealing with rejection. 12(A) says that it may reject the application if the applicant fails to meet standards as required by this Act or any other written law. It is strengthening this Act altogether. A dissatisfied person may appeal to the Board within 60 days, and the applicant may appeal to the High Court from the date of decision. It does no harm and has made it more specific. I support."
