"content": " I beg to move: THAT, Clause 32 of the Bill be amended by deleting sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause (1)— (1) The Authority shall cancel the registration of a health product or technology if— (a) a licensee has failed to comply with a condition subject to which a particular health product or technology has been registered; (b) a particular health product or technology does not comply with a prescribed requirement; or The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
