"content": "(b) by inserting the following new sub-clause (3) immediately after sub- clause (2)— “(3) The Cabinet Secretary shall publish in the Gazette the list of scheduled substances prepared under subsection (1).” (c) by renumbering sub-clause (3) as sub-clause (4); (d) by deleting sub-clause (4) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clauses — “(5) The Authority shall at least once every two years, review the lists under subsection (3), or whenever necessary in the interest of public health and safety. (6) Any modification of the list of scheduled substances prepared under this section shall be subject to the procedure provided in subsections (1), (2) and (3).”"
