"content": "THAT, Clause 39 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting sub-clause (5) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause (5)— “(5) A licence issued under this section shall be valid for a period of one year, renewable annually.” This is the normal practice, Hon.
