I do not see how they relate."

Temporary Chairlady, the stem of Clause 41(1)(d) states thus: “41 (1) Subject to this Act, a person licensed under this Act to deal as a wholesaler dealer in scheduled substances may sell scheduled substances to: (d) A qualified medical practitioner, dentist or veterinary surgeon for purposes of medical, dental or veterinary treatment respectively…” We want to add ‘enrolled pharmaceutical technologies.’ We are talking of different practices here. These are the users. The person who is selling is the pharmaceutical technologist and, therefore, cannot resell it to himself. He is selling to the medical practitioner, dentist or veterinary surgeon. You cannot include ‘enrolled’ because a pharmacist is not included. You are the one who is selling it."
