"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. THAT, Clause 42 of the Bill be amended by— (a) deleting sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause (1)— “(1) An authorised seller shall enter a record of such particulars of the scheduled substance before delivery of the scheduled substance under this Act.” (b) inserting the following new sub-clause (2) immediately after the new sub-clause (1)— “(2) A record under subsection (1) shall be in the format prescribed by the Authority and shall indicate — (a) the date of the sale; (b) the name and address of the purchaser; (c) the quantity of the scheduled substances sold; and The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
