Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 42 of the Bill be amended by— (b) inserting the following new sub-clause (2) immediately after the new sub-clause (1)— “(2) A record under subsection (1) shall be in the format prescribed by the Authority and shall indicate — (a) the date of the sale; (b) the name and address of the purchaser; (c) the quantity of the scheduled substances sold; and (d) the purpose for which it is stated by the purchaser to be required.” (c) renumbering sub-clause (2) as sub-clause (3); and (d) renumbering sub-clause (3) as sub-clause (4)."
