Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 45 and substituting therefor the following new clause 45— 45 (1) An authorised seller may use an automatic machine to dispense over- Automatic machines the-counter scheduled substances. (2) The Authority shall develop regulations on the— (a) classes of substances permitted; (b) quantities of substances to be dispensed; (c) records of substances dispensed; (d) location of automatic machines; and (e) registration of automatic machines."
