"content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. I wish to add my voice to this. I support this allocation. However, I am wondering for how long we can continue waiting for our roads to be done. Kapsoit-Sondu Road has stalled for over 10 years. When the wananchi make noise, the contractor comes to the site, does less than one kilometre, then disappears. I do not know whether it is about funding or the contractor. Let our roads be done. Thank you very much."
