"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. Whereas I support, I do not know whether the allocation of too much money means security. That is my worry. There are some very needy sectors. For example, our clinical officers have been on strike for the last 66 days. I wonder whether they have been considered. Our teachers want to get permanent and pensionable jobs. Yet, they have not been considered and some graduated many years ago. A lot of money does not translate to security. Thank you."

"content": " More importantly, Hon. Junet is a high- ranking Member. He understands how the Government operates. To the contrary, the money that is allocated to this sector is inadequate. We all know the situation in North Eastern and North Rift. So, the money should be approved as it is by this House."
