I urge the IEBC that the moment they are fully constituted and the Bill is passed to go to the Senate, they need to start delimitation of boundaries as soon as possible in readiness for the next election. I, of course, want to urge them to save some of the constituencies, like my neighbour Budalangi, because I do not have enough space to accommodate them. Thank you."
