"content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I move – THAT the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 3 and substituting therefore the following new clause — 3. Section 6 of the principal Act is amended in subsection 2(c)— (a) by deleting the introductory clause and substituting therefor the following new clause — (c) has proven knowledge and at least ten years of experience in any of the following fields – (b) by inserting the following new subparagraphs immediately after subparagraph (vi) — (vii) information and communication technology; and (viii) accounting."
