However, is she in order to allege that the Committee has allocated Kshs62 billion, yet the figure is calculated based on what the Constitution states? It is imperative that we provide facts. When you hear that the Committee has allocated Kshs62 billion, it is not. It is imperative to come out clearly because the HANSARD will bear us witness. She should be very clear on the total amount that has already been disbursed scientifically. It is that simple."
