"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. Ashabito Sub-County falls under my constituency. I appreciate the Nominated Member for bringing up this matter. She happens to be a resident in my constituency in Ashabito Sub-County. She feels the pain of the lack of power in that area. It is true that the solar mini-grid in that place is not functional. It has been out of service for the last eight months or so. Therefore, it is quite timely. We have a new sub-county hospital in that place that needs to be operationalised. Unfortunately, we cannot go on with it because of lack of power. So, I also call upon the Committee to ensure that they fast-track the process so that The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
