"content": "In paragraph 14 on page 40, the County Assembly found that the Chief of Staff, Alison Gatobu alias Njamba Mbithi contravened Section 18(1) as read together with Sections 22 and 27 of the County Assembly Powers and Privileges Act 2017, by failing to honour the summons and invitations to appear before the various Assembly committees, including this joint committee, to produce evidence and respond to the allegations levelled against him in this Petition."
