"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairman. Clause 96(3), which has (a) and (b), provides sufficient time to facilitate conducting extensive stakeholder participation on the regulation of pharmacy practice regulations. The amendment further seeks to ensure that the Pharmacy and Poisons Board shall continue to exist for a period of two years after the enactment of the Bill. That is for regulation of the pharmacy profession and pending the enactment of legislation by Parliament to regulate the pharmacy profession."
