"content": "THAT, Clause 5 of the Bill be amended by deleting the word “workers” wherever it appears and substituting therefor the word \"promoters\". This is in alignment with the Primary Healthcare Act No.13 of 2023, which uses the term \"Community Health Promoter\" and not \"Workers.\" Thank you."
