"content": " Hon. Temporary Chairman, if you look at the Order Paper, amendment (h) states: “(h) by deleting the proposed amendment to section 46E.” Section 46E has several subsections. That is what I want to understand. He cannot say that what he has not spoken to has not been amended, yet the wording on the Order Paper states that the amendment seeks to delete the proposed amendment to Section 46E, which contains several subsections. The implication of what is contained in the Order Paper and what he is saying is completely different. That is why we need to be very clear. Are we amending the entirety of Section 46E, and yet he has not given the justification for deleting subsections (7) and (8)? That is what I am seeking a clarification on."
