The Kenya Transporters Association should provide a form that can be filled. The form should indicate what can be carried in a vehicle so that a client does not say that they will ferry cabbages or vegetables, and then they go and carry transformers from the village."

Instead of the phrase forfeited to the State, I wish to move a further amendment that: That the court may order forfeiture of any vessel used to convey vandalised, or stolen equipment or appliances referred to in sub-section 1.
