Temporary Chairlady, the justification for this is that the Bill needs to be amended to provide an additional feature of technopolises to incorporate not just national, but global challenges that may appear. I want to give some credit to Hon. Farah who is also sitting in the presidium. I credit him for noting that technopolis is one, and technopoli and technopolises is plural."
