I know that the Member she is speaking to is very honourable and much older than her, but is she in order to kneel before Hon. Sigei? I know that Hon. Sigei is older than Hon. Linet but, in this House, we are presumed to all be equal. So, as much as it shows respect culturally, it is not in order; not in the House."
