Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 12 of the Bill be amended by deleting subclause (2) and substituting therefor the following new subclauses— “(2) The Board of directors may co-opt persons whose knowledge and skills are necessary for resolution of any pertinent matter under consideration by the committee or the Board for performance of its function and exercise of its powers under this Act. (3) Notwithstanding subclause (2), the Board shall not co-opt more than five (5) persons at any particular time.”"
