"content": "THAT, Clause 24 of the Bill be amended by— (a) re-numbering the existing provision as subclause (1); and (b) inserting the following new subclause immediately after subclause (1)— “(2) The Cabinet Secretary shall, in consultation with the Board and county governments prescribe standards and guidelines to be adhered to while enacting specific county legislations.” Hon. Temporary Chairlady, the committee took the decision in order to improve on the uniformity of legislation in the coffee growing county governments."
