"content": " Hon. Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 32 of the Bill be amended by deleting the word “monthly” and substituting therefor the word “quarterly”. The import of this amendment is to increase the submission time of returns from one month to one quarter. One month is too short and cumbersome."
