I have been listening to what the Cabinet Secretary was responding to towards the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) freeze. I would wish to ask, apart from the emergency funding and diplomatic engagement, what other alternatives are you proposing? It appears that we are not having a proposal on how we can cater for that. What if the engagements do not go our way, are we going to watch people die while every other day I am reading reports of budgeted corruption in different offices in this country?"
