"content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I join you, together with all our other colleagues, in welcoming this visiting delegation from the Kingdom of Lesotho. This is a delightful occasion for us to have this delegation, particularly in the study that they are undertaking at the CPST; a key premium training institution run by the Parliament of Kenya. It enjoys good relations with other parliaments from across the region and globally. That is the heart of what we do here in Parliament. I am sure that our colleagues will have a full value for that which they sought out to look for when they set foot from their country to this Republic. On behalf of this Senate, I appreciate them. I hope that one day we shall do what we colloquially refer to here as ‘revenging.’ That is a counterpart visit.
