We are looking at the Petition concerning fraudulent dealings at Diageo PLC, East African Breweries Limited, Kenya Breweries and UDV (Kenya) Limited submitted by Sen. Wakili on behalf of Mr. Rono Nicholas from Bomet County. The mandate and establishment of the Committee under Article 124 of the Constitution of Kenya provides for the establishment of Committees where each House of Parliament--- The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
