"content": "The amendment seeks to align the provisions with Article 201(a) of the Constitution, that mandates all aspects of public finance to adhere to the principles of openness and accountability, including public participation in financial matters. Further, the amendment also seeks to correct some clerical errors. It is providing for public participation in the way the Auditor-General carries out her mandate. Thank you."
