To say that the military looted in his constituency simply means that the law and order problem in this country is being exacerbated by law enforcement agencies. We cannot go on that tangent. Social media cannot be used to substantiate an issue on the Floor of this House. For that reason, I ask you to guide the Member to stick to what is before the House. Thank you, Hon.
