"content": "Appropriations Committee, has just said, we have flogged the horse too much, and we are all in agreement that the amendments proposed by the Senate ought to be rejected. As you know, many people in this country love to swim in the sea of uncertainty, chaos, and confusion. The Supreme Court has put brakes to this and, as you are aware, the Constitution provides that there must be clarity in everything. The Supreme Court, as Members have contributed, has, indeed, clarified the position on a number of those issues and has put them to rest. With those remarks, I want to thank the Members for supporting the rejection of this Motion. I want to bring to the attention of the Members that when the Question is put, we will not say, ‘‘Yes’’. We are going to say, ‘‘No’’ to reject the amendments from the Senate. I beg to reply."
