Senators, I would like to acknowledge the presence in the Speaker's Gallery this afternoon, of a visiting delegation from the Taita-Taveta County Assembly. The delegation consists of members of the County Leadership and the Speaker's Panel who are undertaking a benchmarking visit to the Senate. Hon.
