Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended – (d) in the proposed amendments to the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act (Cap. 59A) by inserting the following new amendments in proper chronological sequence— s. 25(6) Delete. The purpose of this amendment is to align it with the New Section 25(5) regarding the term of office of the Director-General of the Financial Reporting Centre and ensure that the section is cleaned up.
