"content": "THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Delegated Legislation on its consideration of the Prevention of Terrorism (Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Prevention, Suppression and Disruption of Proliferation Financing) (Amendments) Regulations, 2024, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 17th April 2025, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 18 of the Statutory Instruments Act, Cap 2A annuls the Prevention of Terrorism (Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on the Prevention, Suppression and Disruption of Proliferation Financing) (Amendments) Regulations, 2024 (Legal Notice No. 188 of 2024)."
